Extended Care One Session: $7/camper Full Week of AM or PM only: $28/camper Full Week of AM and PM: $56/camper Extended care is available for many full day camps. Morning extended care is available for camps beginning at or before 9 a.m. Evening extended care is available for camps ending at 4 p.m. or after. You may drop in for $7 Extended Care in the morning only on the day of camp, but payment is required prior to drop off. Extended care is located at the Kettering Recreation Complex Gymnasium. Transportation to the Kettering Recreation Complex gymnasium from Rosewood is provided and included in the fee. In the circumstances that a child is not picked up from camp by 4:10 p.m., your child will be taken to extended care and a $7 fee assessed. We invite participation by people with disabilities, alongside people without disabilities, in our programs, sites, and facilities. The Summer Camp Modification Request form is available at all Kettering Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts front desks as well as the Summer Camps Information Hub at www.playkettering.org/camps. Please fill out and return to the front desk or email completed form to [email protected] after you have registered for the camp. We want your child to begin the program on time. The sooner we know about your child, and how we can support your child in our programs, the more likely your child will start the program on time. However, if delays in communication occur, we will delay the start of program participation. Please register early and submit this request form early. pa.m. pp.m. Forms In order to participate in camp, each camper must have submitted their health history form. After enrollment, participants receive an email inviting them to complete their health history form using our secure, online partner ePACT. Learn more about this process on the Camp Information Hub located at www.playkettering.org/camps Campers Must Bring Each Day Campers must bring their bag with the following items each day: Packed lunch Water bottle Morning or afternoon snack (if desired) Swim gear Towel Sunscreen (Campers are responsible for keeping and applying their own sunscreen) Bug repellent (Campers are responsible for keeping and applying their own bug spray) Comfortable clothes that are acceptable for PLAY Tennis shoes NOT Permitted at Camp Cell phones (Campers will be required to leave cell phone in bag until end of day) Electronic devices or games Money, toys or personal belongings unless otherwise noted Partial Payment Option If you register prior to April 28 and your camp is over $100, you can enroll using our partial payment option. This allows you to pay 50% of the weekly camp fee when you enroll and the remaining 50% of the weekly camp fee will be billed to your credit/debit card on May 20. In the event payment is declined, full payment must be made by May 26 or the spot will be released.
