Come recharge, move your body and maybe even break a sweat all while your little one plays, lounges or joins in the fun. No yoga experience needed. Bring a yoga mat for yourself and a blanket for pre-crawlers to relax on. Enjoy a fun, rejuvenating practice that encourages connection with your child while giving your body the care it deserves.
