The farm offers flexible rental options—reserve individual spaces or the entire property, depending on your event size and needs. Guests are welcome to choose their own caterer, bring food, and provide alcohol. Ample parking is available. The Polen Farm House features a spacious living room, dining room, sun porch, and banquet room. A seasonal tent covers a large patio, offering indoor/outdoor versatility for gatherings of up to 130 guests. Equally impressive is the Polen Farm Barn. This beautifully renovated space is ideal for everything from wedding receptions to company picnics. The lower level includes a small service kitchen and accommodates up to 125 people year-round. The upper level, heated for all-season use, holds up to 175 guests.
