CLOSING SOON! CLOSING SOON! VOLUNTEER SPORTS COACHES NEEDED! Make a difference in a young athlete’s life —become a volunteer coach! Our youth sports programs depend on dedicated volunteers to create positive, enriching experiences for kids in our community. As a coach, you’ll play a vital role in shaping a child’s first exposure to sports while helping them develop values that go far beyond the game—discipline, respect, teamwork, self-confidence and perseverance. We believe the true measure of success in youth sports isn’t the final score—it’s the growth in character, sportsmanship and joy that each player experiences. Our programs focus on: • Teaching life skills, good sportsmanship and the fundamentals of the game • Encouraging participation in a safe, supportive environment • Ensuring every child has fun and feels valued Whether you’re interested in being a head coach, assistant, or simply lending a hand, we welcome your involvement! No prior coaching experience is necessary—we’ll provide resources and guidance to help you succeed. Interested in volunteering? Contact the Volunteer Office at (937) 296-2433. All volunteer coaches must complete an application and pass a background check. Sports Supervisor Reed Gibson 937-296-3344 [email protected]
